ST Engineering has officially inaugurated its new shipyard in Singapore. Gul Yard was acquired in February 2023 and will replace ST Engineering's Tuas Yard, whose lease expires at the end of 2024.
Gul Yard is twice the size of the existing Tuas Yard and has been designed to accommodate larger, more complex projects for both shipbuilding and ship repair, with a particular focus on offshore construction. Alongside the expanded capacity, Gul Yard and ST's Benoi Yard will be integrated.
