About Shiptech Drydocks
We have recently signed a Contract, with SHIPTECH DRYDOCKS, for Afloat and D/D repairs in UAE. SHIPTECH D/Docks can undertake: Dry Docking / Afloat Repairs (berth available for large size vessels) /Turnkey projects. SHIPTECH D/Docks, can committed to the Customers for quality, pricing, completion time and promptness in allocation of dry docks. The Company can cooperate with you as a regular shipyard for your vessels and Rigs, Fabrication works, Overhauling and Maintenance work for pumps / valves / equipment’s at DMC Dubai or services on board at various ports in UAE.
SHIPTECH activities:
1. Steel / Aluminum fabrication, either full build or module or repair.
2. Mechanical works such as Tail shaft and propellers repair…etc.
3. Hull Treatment – Complete hydro blasting and painting of the hull carried out by our own team, Painting of superstructure.
4. Electrical works such as overhauling of motors, modification of MSB and DB’s… etc.
5. Hydraulic system overhauling and troubleshooting of cranes, deck machineries, hatch covers, steering gears…etc.
6. Automation system troubleshooting and repairs.
7. Carpentry Outfitting.
Key areas for High-Tech Solutions/Services:
- Hydraulic systems (Winches, Propellers –CPP/FPP, Thrusters, Hatch Covers etc.,)
- Automation (Electrical & Instrument Control systems)
