We would like to formally inform you that Damen Schelde Marine Services (DSMS), part of the Damen Shipyards Group, is implementing an important change to its representation and market approach in Greece.

As our activities in the region continue to expand and the Damen organisation grows, the Damen Shipyards Group has decided to partner with an entity fully dedicated to representing the complete Damen portfolio in the Greek maritime sector. In line with this strategic development, we are pleased to announce that Yardtech Marine Services S.A. has been appointed as our Official and Exclusive Agent in Greece.

At the same time, we are reinforcing our commitment to the Greek market by establishing a larger, dedicated DSMS team in the Netherlands, exclusively focused on supporting Greek shipowners, ship managers, technical superintendents, and purchasers. This strengthened team will work in direct coordination with you, ensuring seamless communication, faster response times, and enhanced technical and commercial support aligned precisely with your operational needs.
